Andalucia!

I offically adore andalucia. kara and zita hosted me in sevilla for four days, and it was fantastic. the cathedral, the jardin´s, cafe con leche and orange trees in the street, spanish guys giving you a pretty yellow flower in the park and struggling for 20 minutes to have a conversations in my half assed spanish (good practice though) and delicious pastries and ice cream in the evening at home... it was a great time. I´m feeling very happy and content, already the 25th seems too soon to leave spain. I got to la puebla today, and laura picked me up. shes the australian au pair, whose been here a while living with izzie and basically runs the house. about 24, then there is mark, whose also a volunteer and australian, who came to play soccer here after being semi pro in australia and in england I think. they´re both super nice, and I´m at the e cafe with mark now while lauras at her aerobics class which I will probaly join while I´m here. the town is adorable, the people friendly. I´m looking forward to spending time here, and hanging out with mark and laura as well. I¨m not sure how the work will sort out yet, since laura is working with the kids and the horses as well, but for tomorrow I´ll be up at seven to see my way around the stable with izzie, and then perhaps stay with max, a cute 2.5 year old with tons of energy that reminds me of grant, while they ride out. I do hope I get some riding in as well, and I¨m sure that I will. Mark and I each have our own room in teh guest part of the house, while laura is with izzie and the kids in the connected main part. there are dogs and cats, and sunshine with a quick breeze, and everything is nice. I´m not missing home at all, honestly. couch surfing and working was definitely the best option for me, because already I feel as if I have met the most astounding people who I will remember for ages. skyping with dad from kara´s was great, and I´m sure all is well there. besos.
